What is Hy-Five Fitness?
Hy-Five Fitness is a hybrid fitness program designed to support and motivate people of all fitness levels. The team is based in Charlotte, NC but with most members working out at home, we now have members joining across the country!
Where are the workouts?
You can workout wherever you are comfortable!! You can join a class from your living room, gather in small groups, or zoom from your gym, garage or driveway!
What time are the classes?
Group Zoom workouts are currently held at 7:15am and 8:45am. I will be modifying the schedule, and adding more classes, as schedules require. If none of these times work for you, or you happen to oversleep, a recording of the zoom class will be posted on our private Facebook page for you to watch whenever you are ready!
How do I choose a class?
It’s easy! Complete my Sign Up form and select the time that works best for you! I will be in touch to introduce myself, tell you a little more about the program and talk you through getting started!
Do I need any special equipment?
All workouts are functional and can be done without weights or special equipment. If you are looking for an extra push, bands or weights can be added. Send me a message and I can make recommendations specifically for you.
How much does it cost?
Hy-Five Fitness is $120 per month. With classes available Monday - Friday, and extra challenges along the way, that works out to about $6 a class. Consider it an investment in your physical and emotional health!
How do I pay each month?
Monthly dues can be paid online (through Venmo or Zelle) or I can take credit card payments via Square. Reminders are sent on the 1st of each month with payments due by the 15th of each month.
