Hy-Five Fitness is the Hybrid Fitness Program with different options 5 Days a week!

 

Hy: Workout where you want - at home, at the park, or in a friend’s back yard. The personal touch and attention of a 1 on 1 trainer with the competition of a team environment.

Five: Different workout options are available, five days a week with workouts held via Zoom. Daily, Weekly and Monthly individual and team challenges help keep us accountable.

How We Started

In March of 2020 the entire fitness experience changed. Without access to traditional gym facilities, people were forced to stay home, and found it a struggle to stay motivated. Personal connection, motivation and accountability moved online, and Hy-Five Fitness was born.

Who We Are

Hy-Five Fitness is a collection of adults of all ages and abilities, located all over the United States. We are busy moms who can’t get to the gym, professionals who are over lugging their shoes in their briefcases and retirees who need to stay active.

What To Expect

Expect to work hard. Expect to laugh and make new friends. Expect to find motivation you didn’t know you had. Expect to fall in love with this program and come to find its members feel like family. Expect to be amazed at all that you can accomplish.

Meet Missy

Hi! I’m Missy! My passion for fitness started under the basketball hoop in my parents driveway and led me to play at the Division 1 Collegiate level. I think that working out should be available to everyone, help to build community, and keep you engaged.
